From Prototype to Live Service

From the day an idea first became a screen to the day it went live on a real server. Built a prototype with Claude Design, then shipped a Next.js live service in one day.

  • v1

First Prototype — Claude Design, Mobile Web

An idea from a business plan application became an interactive prototype in one day. Core flow implemented: photo + memo input → automatic content generation. The MVP scope only became visible once the screen existed.

  • v2

Screen Redesign — Input-to-Output Flow Rebuilt, UI Brought to Service Level

v1 feedback incorporated. 8-screen flow redesigned to operate like a real service. MVP implementation scope finalized.

User Validation

Building it and having it used are different things. The next phase is sending the link to 5 real small business owners and checking whether they immediately understand what to do on screen.

  • User validation with 5 real small business owners

Send aicontent.chulbuji.com link → collect usage feedback. First question: "Did you immediately understand what to do on this screen?"

  • Feedback-based UX improvements

Review generated content quality against real-user standards by business type and goal. Simplify UI copy from the small business owner's perspective.

  • Expansion direction review

Based on validation results: pricing model, additional business types and goals, infrastructure scaling decisions.
