Using Claude Sparingly, Not Excluding It
When several AIs are part of the workflow, the question eventually changes.
It is no longer “which AI is best?” The more useful question is: “which work should go to which AI so the operation stays stable?”
What got clarified today is not about using one AI more or less. It is about rearranging roles so the overall project operation can keep both speed and judgment quality.
ChatGPT and Meta-Chulbuji Handle the Overall Operation
Project direction, priority decisions, organizing scattered thoughts, and final integration belong with ChatGPT and Meta-Chulbuji.
What matters here is conversational speed. Before an idea is fully formed, it needs to be surfaced, connected to other projects, and turned into a next action.
The manager does not hold every decision alone. Instead, the work is organized with Meta-Chulbuji and broken down into executable units.
Gemini Handles Large-Scale Material
Gemini fits large-scale research and external material review.
When the task is to review YouTube videos, long documents, or a wide set of references, Gemini is efficient. This role is closer to broad collection and first-pass organization than final judgment.
From an operating perspective, reading more material is not the goal. The goal is to turn the necessary material into usable input for the next decision.
Claude Is a Parallel Reviewer for Important Decisions
Using Claude as an always-on resource consumes both cost and attention. But that does not mean Claude should be excluded.
Claude is valuable when it is brought in as a parallel reviewer before important decisions. Is the structure sound? Is the logic skipping steps? Are there risks that were missed?
The goal is not to reduce Claude. The goal is to place Claude at the points where it creates the most value.
Claude Code Focuses on Implementation
Claude Code has the clearest role: implementation.
Actual code changes, website updates, auto-trading program improvements, and other file-level execution work belong there.
The manager sets the direction. ChatGPT and Meta-Chulbuji organize the structure. Claude can review important judgments in parallel when needed. Then Claude Code handles the actual implementation.
With this division, AI collaboration stops being just conversation and becomes an execution flow.
The Operating Principle
The principle from today’s review is simple.
Light tasks go to ChatGPT. Large-scale material goes to Gemini. Important decisions get parallel review from Claude. Actual implementation goes to Claude Code. Final integration returns to ChatGPT.
This is not a way to promote any particular AI service. It is the current operating standard for placing resources where projects can keep moving.
Use Claude sparingly, but do not exclude it.
Put the highest-value judgment resource at the most important judgment points.
