May's goal is not to do more. It is to build a repeatable monetization operating structure — developing the shared capabilities that underlie all projects, and shifting from learning AI to operating with AI.
Core Direction This Month
- 01 Validate a repeatable monetization structure
Rather than adding more experiments, the work is to confirm that the three focused projects already in operation are building a path toward monetization.
- 02 Develop the shared foundation capabilities
The projects look different, but they all run on a common foundation — planning ability, content production, marketing understanding, and monetization experiment design. These are built through actual operation, not separate study.
- 03 Shift from learning AI to operating with AI
The move is from treating AI as a tool, to assigning roles and running projects together with AI. The AI Collaboration Operating SOP v0 is the reference standard for this shift.
Shared Foundation Capabilities
Auto-trading, the AI blog, and the AI content assistant look like separate experiments — but all three run on the same six foundational capabilities. May is about building these through actual project operation.
Operating Status
Auto-Trading Validation
Confirming through live account operation that trade conditions, risk management, and the record loop run repeatably. The goal is structural validation — not guaranteed returns.
AI Blog / AdSense
Validating AI writing, SEO review, Search Console monitoring, and AdSense preparation through actual blog operation. The priority is building a repeatable publishing flow, not volume alone.
AI Content Assistant
A service that generates promotional content drafts from a photo and a short description. Real demand is validated through a content-format service before any app is built.
Music Channel Experiment
AI music content is maintained on a private channel. The focus is less on rapid expansion and more on sustaining the creative production rhythm and accumulating response data.
Record-Based Projects
Previous project MVPs and records are organized and preserved as assets. Active operation is paused, but the experience and structure remain as reference for future experiments.
Monetization Model Research
Reviewing whether each project's monetization path fits the current operating structure. The goal is not benchmarking alone — it is identifying models that can realistically be applied alongside the shared capability foundation being built.
Operator Growth Track
Manager(chulbuji) is moving from someone learning AI to someone operating with AI.
