Clear Roles Make AI Collaboration Work

Today wasn’t a day for making a video. It was a day for designing the structure that makes videos.

When you work through AI tools one by one, there comes a point where things just stop moving. This morning I was bouncing between Suno, Kling, and CapCut, and the question kept circling in my head: “Why am I doing it like this?” When I dug into the source of the blockage, the answer was simple. The roles were blurred.

Today’s Core Insight

In AI collaboration, what matters most isn’t which tools you use — it’s clearly separating who handles what.

When the hub responsible for planning (Meta-chulbuji) also handles editing production, hallucinations and bottlenecks inevitably appear. On the other hand, an AI video-editing persona with a sharp, dedicated role fills those gaps quickly and accurately.

So today I set up an AI video-editing specialist persona and completed the work of cleanly separating roles at each stage of the pipeline.

The Completed Pipeline Structure

TYPE A — AI K-POP Music Video

Emotional keywords → Claude (lyrics/prompts) → Suno (music) → Kling (video) → CapCut (edit) → Publish

TYPE B — AI Product Build

Topic/insight → Claude (script) → ElevenLabs (narration) → CapCut (edit) → Publish

Three Roles Left for the Human

  1. Provide the starting point — Input 3 emotional keywords
  2. Review the output — Check quality and mood
  3. Publish and engage — Metadata optimization, thumbnails, comments

Everything else in production is handled by the AI team.

Another win today was turning prompts into assets. Not just lyrics — structuring the Suno music prompt and Kling scene prompts all at once means I can reproduce the same quality tomorrow.

Today wasn’t just about making one piece of content. It was about building a production line where three emotional keywords are all it takes for content to start flowing. Instead of grinding out videos through sheer human effort, I’ve evolved one step into the role of designing and aligning systems inside AI civilization.

Still a first-year. So today I was wrong again, got blocked again, and redesigned again. That’s growth.
