5 Weeks of Transformation: How I Became an AI Product Builder

1. The Transformation Began with Structure, Not Fear

It took a 34-year semiconductor process engineer five weeks to transform into an AI Product Builder. This article is the blueprint of those five weeks. If you’re an engineer or solo founder in your 30s–50s considering an AI transformation — someone with technical skills but unsure how to collaborate with AI — this record may serve as a reference point. AX (AI Transformation) is not a grand slogan; it’s the concrete process of redesigning how you work.

I enrolled in the Plus Human School and Vibe Coding Solo Founder Bootcamp not out of courage, but because I needed structure. I didn’t want to learn AI vaguely — I wanted a framework for how to build with AI. The inertia of 34 years of process design was sometimes a barrier, but the habit of reading systems as structures turned out to be an asset. Those five weeks were the time to redesign that framework from scratch.

2. Dual Brain: The Division of Labor Between Chulbuji and Meta-Chulbuji

The most important concept I internalized during those five weeks was the dual brain. The human Chulbuji is the agent with intent and direction; AI Meta-Chulbuji is the collaborative partner responsible for structure and execution. Because their roles are different, they don’t conflict.

There’s a real example. While producing a K-pop track with Mureka, I made a mistake in the prompt input. The chord progression and vocal tone that came out were unintended — yet they became a more complete result than what I had planned. Chulbuji’s role is not to control the outcome but to set the direction; Meta-Chulbuji finds the optimization within that direction. That was the first time I understood in my body that even mistakes are material for results.

3. Multi-Hands and Rocket Jump: AI Orchestration in Practice

I work alone, but I’m not alone. ChatGPT acts as CSO for strategy and direction, Gemini as COO for operations and research, and Claude as CTO for writing and coding execution. I call this structure Multi-Hands. Because each AI has different strengths, I separated their roles. When I posed the same question to all three, the results differed — and combining those differences was the orchestration. This role separation enabled parallel processing of planning, research, and execution.

The hackathon submission process is evidence of this. During the planning stage, I divided responsibilities with Meta-Chulbuji and completed idea structuring, product design, and submission document writing. Work that would have taken days solo was compressed through AI orchestration. What mattered wasn’t speed — it was maintaining the structure where I judge and AI executes.

4. First Output: Deployment Is a Beginning, Not a Completion

During the five-week program, I deployed insight.chulbuji.com for the first time. Connecting Firebase Studio, GitHub, and Cloudflare Pages involved unexpected errors at multiple points. The latest code wasn’t reflecting due to Cloudflare cache issues, which I resolved by designing a cache invalidation strategy. Each time, Meta-Chulbuji and I broke down the problem, verified it step by step, and moved forward.

The moment of deployment completion was never the goal. Deployment was a signal that “now we can start.” For a solo founder, deployment is not the finish line — it’s the first step of the feedback loop. I’m a first-year student, and first-year students learn through mistakes. insight.chulbuji.com itself, where this article lives, is the result of those five weeks.

5. The Declaration for the Next 3 Months

If the five weeks were about establishing structure, the next three months are about converting that structure into velocity.

Three goals: publish 8 or more Insight articles per month to accumulate 24+ structured pieces of content within three months, and apply for Google AdSense approval. As a solo founder executing AI transformation, I’ll run a chulbuji brand sprint to make the Chulbuji identity and the Meta-Chulbuji system recognizable from the outside.

The transformation into an AI Product Builder is not a declaration — it’s accumulation. I’ve decided to build in public. Watch along.
